About Us: Dakota's Window Cleaning is a reputable construction company in Sioux Falls, SD that specializes in providing high-quality masonry services. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Masonry Trades professional to join our team.

Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable and good work history. Two to six week trial period. Must be able to lift 60 pounds and comfortable with heights.

Job Type: Full Time / Monday - Friday

Salary: $35-$40 / hour

Job Description:

As a Masonry Trades employee at Dakota's Window Cleaning, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to tile installation and masonry work. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Installing and repairing tile floors, walls, and other surfaces
  • Measuring and cutting tiles to fit specific areas
  • Mixing and applying mortar or grout to adhere tiles
  • Ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in masonry trades and a keen eye for detail. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, candidates should be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

As a Masonry Trades professional at Dakota's Window Cleaning, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
  • Measuring and cutting materials to precise specifications
  • Using hand and power tools to complete tasks
  • Following safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Working efficiently and meeting project deadlines

In addition, you may be required to assist with other construction-related tasks as needed, including masonry repairs, bricklaying, and concrete work.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry trades
  • Expertise in tile installation and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Candidates with additional certifications or training in masonry trades will be given preference.
